I was able to identify my goal.  During coaching, support, reflection and deep thinking I have been able to realise my goal; to apply for a new job.

The coaching helped me by encouraging me to focus on a goal.  This in turn encouraged me to reflect on my work orientated achievements in the past and use it as a positive towards my goal for the future.

The techniques used included coaching, feedback, reflective diary, homework and setting goals.
