Whilst I lost a substantial and noticeable amount of weight I have put some back on over the Christmas.

Before my life-coaching sessions, my confidence in myself and my appearance was really low.

Life coaching has helped me to feel more positive about myself and my ability to achieve my goals.

I now do not see weight loss as an ultimate goal, my goal is also to be healthy and I am confident I can achieve this through regular exercise (which I now enjoy!).

Planning my day/week has been a really useful part of the life-coaching lessons as I see the benefits of it in all parts of my life.

I now feel that I am able to achieve long-term weight loss and maintenance for the future!
